THE SKETCH
Documentary animation short film directed by Tomas Cali and produced by Don Quichotte Films with the support of SCAM / Brouillon d'un Rêve, Fonds Images de la Diversité, and FIFIB Nouvelle-Aquitaine Film Workout. I worked as the Editor on this film.
SYNOPSIS
I am learning to speak French and, in this way, to sculpt my reality. In Paris, at an artist's workshop, I meet Linda Demorrir, a living model. Like me, she is transgender and an immigrant. When she speaks, moves, sees the world, I am captivated. While sketching her, I am also learning to draw myself in this new country.
