Writing Residency Casell'arte in Corsica, and in the Creation Residency Le C.L.O.S. at the
Festival International du Film Indépendant de Bordeaux (FIFIB). In script development.
SYNOPSIS
In 2008, Rio de Janeiro decided to demolish the left side of Rua Itajubara where my parents and I lived in a favela. Like many, we had to leave our home. Ultimately, nothing was rebuilt. Sixteen years later, I return to Itajubara to understand a double scar: the one the state inflicted on my street and the one that has yet to heal between my parents and me.
